Set within the evolving skyline of Cairo's new capital city, Forbes International Tower emerges as a new benchmark for future-forward workplace design in the Middle East. Conceived as a next-generation commercial destination, the tower redefines what it means to work, connect, and lead on a global stage. At the intersection of sustainability, technology, and prestige, the challenge was to create a brand that could carry both international authority and regional relevance—positioning the development not just as a building, but as a symbol of progress.
We were engaged to craft the brand from the ground up—defining its positioning, verbal identity, and visual language. Anchored by the idea "Lead in Space," the brand captures a dual meaning: leadership within physical space, and leadership in the broader sense of innovation, influence, and forward momentum. (It also gives nod to the building's rocket inspired architecture.) Every element was designed with precision—from narrative to identity that express clarity, confidence, and global ambition. The result is a brand that feels both architectural and aspirational—rooted in place, yet expansive in its outlook.
The outcome is a distinct, future-facing identity that elevates Forbes International Tower beyond the conventional commercial offering. It positions the development as a destination for leaders, visionaries, and global enterprises—those shaping what comes next. More than a workplace, it is a statement of intent: a place defined not only by where it stands, but by what it stands for.
