At the heart of Lower Manhattan, the World Trade Center stands as one of the most recognized and symbolic destinations in the world—where global business, culture, and connectivity converge. More than a collection of buildings, the campus represents resilience, reinvention, and forward momentum. The opportunity was to reimagine its digital presence—creating a platform that could unify its offering while expressing a singular idea: to be at the center.
We led the full redesign and development of wtc.com—transforming it into a cohesive, future-facing digital experience. The platform was designed to communicate the breadth of the campus, from commercial office space and retail to transit, hospitality, and public realm. Central to this was the creation of a deeply immersive history experience—an editorial narrative that honors the legacy of the site while seamlessly connecting past, present, and future. Alongside the digital build, we produced a new suite of photography and film, capturing the scale, energy, and everyday life of the World Trade Center today.
The result is a digital ecosystem that brings clarity to complexity—positioning the World Trade Center not just as a place, but as a point of convergence. A destination defined by movement, meaning, and global significance. A brand and platform designed to reflect its role at the center—of New York, and the world.
